If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours (2 days). All payments will be processed through PayPal or the original tender when possible. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All items sent back to us will be discarded.

If your container is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately here on our website or email at [Help.bnapothecary@gmail.com] with your name, address, and order information.

**If your butter melted, you can place it back in the fridge to set and feel free to re-whip with a mixer to your desired texture. Due to the way these products are prepared, it may look less than expected. We fill by capacity, not weight.**
