Shipping policy

Our current turn around time is 3 - 5 business days for your order to be created. This does not include weekends or holidays. All orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and a tracking number will be provided once it is shipped.

If you need your order sooner or have a special request, send us an email prior to ordering to discuss.

If you have any trouble with processing your order (billing/shipping address wasn't updated), please contact us right away so we may have the correct address.

If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you must pay to have it shipped again.

If your package is shipped and marked delivered by UPS/USPS/FedEx and you did not receive it or you think the package was stolen, you must contact UPS/USPS/FedEx about the matter. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the package's delivery once it is dropped it off with the designated courier.
